Dr.Sharon M. Jones, PhD.

Hello, I'm Dr. Jones, founder of New Insight 2 Life Coaching, Counseling, Mentoring LLC. My passion is to help individuals become the best version of themselves, by providing them with the guidance and support they need to overcome challenges and achieve their ultimate life goals. Many people feel isolated and overwhelmed when it comes to personal self-care, and I'm here to help. My approach is warm, empathetic, and evidence-based, so you can trust that you're getting the best possible care.
I was born in Jamaica and have spent time in the United Kingdom, United States, and West Africa. With over 20 years of experience in faith-based counseling, mentoring and life-coaching, I have developed a keen sense of understanding for each of my clients. Whether you're struggling to find direction in life or need direction on a specific issue, I will use my dual MA degrees in Counseling and Forensic Psychology, my Ph.D. in Social Justice, and my Pastoral Counseling and Master Professional Life Coaching Certifications to help you find the answers you seek.
